I Work Hard + I Love the East Bay
The East Bay is an amazing place to live, and I’m proud to call it home. I grew up in Berkeley, went through Berkeley public schools, then to college at UC Santa Cruz, where I graduated with honors with a BA in American Studies. I then returned to work and live first in Oakland, then Berkeley, then Alameda, and now Richmond, where I own a home in the Richmond Annex with my lovely husband and quirky cat. My dad grew up in Oakland, and my mom in Orinda, so my roots run deep here. I cherish the natural beauty and rich history of this region, the diversity of its amazing people, and the richness and innovation of the culture here.
I’ve worked in two fields: first for over 20 years as non-profit program director and fundraiser with organizations working to empower kids and underserved communities, and then for 4 years as a Realtor, a role I love for the amazing people I get to know and serve, and the variety of skills required to do the job well. As your Realtor, you can count on me to be professional, thorough, strategic, responsive, creative, and transparent every step of the way.
Beyond work, I am passionate about nature, art, architecture, design, music, food, simple pleasures, green technology, social justice, sustainable living, and big ideas. I love travel off the beaten path, time spent in nature, and Hawaii’s Big Island. I also recently discovered the joy of paddle boarding on the Russian River, and I can’t seem to get enough of it.
Knowing the East Bay real estate market like the back of my hand comes in handy. Market knowledge can be the difference between you overpaying or getting a great deal, finding the right property or neighborhood or missing it, and buying a property fully informed or missing critical issues during inspection that can cost you.
But beyond that, my goal is for you to having a satisfying buying or selling experience, so you can continue to focus on living your best life.
So reach out anytime with your real estate questions, or to schedule a no obligation meet and greet. I look forward to meeting you!
